I own Honda brio .... I send the car for inspection and told them to send the quotation by mail so I can further decide (cost appx 30k for spare parts&service ) ... I gave the mail I’d to the Sundaram Honda service person .... it’s been more than 10 days still they are unable to send the mail even though following with them regularly.... horrible response... I’m Honda client more than 2 decades..... this time I felt Sundaram Honda service and follow up is not up to the mark ....
