Had bad post experience.
Firstly the frame I brought from them was of bad quality. broke within few weeks.
Secondly my friend had been given a wrong pair of lenses from this joys eye care.
At the beginning the staffs are so good and pleasing but after that they are giving very bad customer service.

Absolutely horrid experience. Rude staff and careless staff. Sold me a wide man's frame that keeps falling off my face I am a woman. When I asked to speak to owner, the salesperson connected me to his friend who pretended to be the owner, and he was super rude to me. All this after we had spent Rs16,800 there. Absolutely horrible experience and very expensive. Don't go.
