The hospital is good for eye ailments, but the whole experience was bad the operator on the phone kept disconnecting the call when asked about prior appointment scheduling, I had to call twice just to know the timing the doctor would be available because the operator just kept disconnecting the phone. Wish the staff were a little professional

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I had an emergency on dusshra night. Reached doctors residence at 1030 pm. The doctor responded horribly, did not even care to look upon the case. Spoke rudely with my parents. I could have lost my eye. She refused saying she did not have the equipments. Normal equipments would have done but she refused. A BIG NO to the doctor.
