I'm a permanent customer of Shoppers Stop.
There is a good collection with a lot of variety of clothes, but some of the staffs look lazy and doesn't even care if a little help could help the customer in findings.
I think, Shoppers Stop should really consider re-visiting their staffs in DB Mall, Bhopal and either improve their skills or change them.

This is worst store I ever seen the staff is very uncooperative when I went for exchange they simply refuse to adjust the bill and when I requested to sort the issue the woman on desk said mam go to Delhi and talk to head office
The worst staff please don't expect cooperation from desk they always used to argue with the customer
There is no zero star else will give

Hello friends! I am sharing my points of views and feel very bad experience there. This is worst mall I feel in bairagarh bhopal. There is parking facility is very bad and very congested also. Stores have very cheap quality and very expensive products. We can buys better products in low price from any other stores. Also they have no many variation in store. Because they have low range. Ambience of this mall is also not very good it can be say that it is very avaerage.Bad quality cloth Value of your money in this mall on stores is wastage maney can be useful.
