Additionally, they have boutique concept like stitching of blouses etc. The staffs here are customer friendly and polite. Pathetic experience.
When went for stiching , the materials showed was nice and good. But when my blouse were stitched, embroidery was done on a cheap material and fitting was pathetic. Worst experience i ever had.
Also the bill amount should be paid before the items are delivered, stating that the embroidery work is done and karigars should be paid the amount .
Worst attitude and feedbacks are not taken well..

Fabricspa has become pathetic at their service!! I have been their regular customer since Dec-2019, their service was very good before.. nowadays these people are not at all professional and service has gone the worst!! Extremely late in pickup and delivery, they called me up to say that my garments are ready and will be delivered by 11 AM.. but the delivery was done 4 days after I received the call. The same thing happened with the pickup.. the pickup was done 5 days later after the scheduled date. Please anyone who wishes to give your garments for dry cleaning or any other service, please think twice before giving it to Fabricspa. I wish I could give a ZERO star!!
