When I called them the owner talked to me and sounded reasonable. But when I took the my faulty printer, owner was not around and one employee was very rude and tried to milk me by selling 2000/- worth of cartridges for a 2300/- printer.
I was furious, went home, googled around and fixed my printer with 500/- cartridge.

I m being using the xerox machine from 7 to 8 months, machines are in good condition, the staff and service is good.
I would recommend to go with them because they provide service on time.

They couldn't fix the broken hinge since they weren't able find that specific part with any of the hp dealers - which is understandable. However, they broke the metal piece that is connected to the hinge and I got the laptop back with this metal piece jutting out from the hinge. While doing so they damaged the screen panel as well. The screen of the laptop was being held onto the base by only a wire by the time I got it back.
And to top this, two of the people working there had the audacity to yell back at me and say that I had given a broken computer and that's what I was getting back, when I confronted them on the matter.
Absolutely terrible service.
