MacBook Pro was not detecting hard disk. They immediately identified root cause and fixed the issue by part replacement. It was all done very quick while we waited for 20-30 mins. Very satisfied with their service.

They couldn't fix the broken hinge since they weren't able find that specific part with any of the hp dealers - which is understandable. However, they broke the metal piece that is connected to the hinge and I got the laptop back with this metal piece jutting out from the hinge. While doing so they damaged the screen panel as well. The screen of the laptop was being held onto the base by only a wire by the time I got it back.
And to top this, two of the people working there had the audacity to yell back at me and say that I had given a broken computer and that's what I was getting back, when I confronted them on the matter.
Absolutely terrible service.

Very bad service. Had been here for repairing my laptop and since I had no time to go for an authorized service center, I went here. My laptop was not powering on. After I gave them, my speakers were not functioning. I went to them again and they fixed it. But after that, my laptop was randomly shutting down. I had already moved out of the area and couldn't go back to them. They also don't give any kind of receipt for the service even if you ask. Because I had no receipt I couldn't even file a complaint at consumer forum. My advice would be to never go to them. Better go to an authorized legit service center which gives proper receipts.
