Customer service and customer satisfaction is very important for any business and they are doing it very well. Homeopathic treatments are bit slow but there will be no side effect. You will get both Indian medicines as well as German mediciens here. They do have a consulting doctors and they are very calm and patience. Overall I got a good treatment but waiting for the results.

Worst hospital service which I ever seen , money minded freaky people's never gives you good treatment
No time sense and no caring about patients .never know the value of time...they make patients wait for long time for any reports and make more bills for example they charged 200 rs for putting drips bottle to patient and 200rs for sugar test and simply write prescription repeatedly for the same patient.

I had worst experience here. Today morning I wanted to give blood sample but there is only 1 technician who doesn't know how to collect the blood sample. Almost pierced 5 to 6 times and said she is not able to collect blood. She wasted almost 1 hour time and later we went to Apollo clinic, Bellandur where they just took the sample within a minute. That too morning shift, there's a lady who doesn't know what's there in the prescription and what tests to be made. Very worst experience.
