Extremely helpful and professional. With a request they were able to expedite the RT-PCR report in a day. I would highly recommend them for testing. They promptly arrived at home, took samples and reported in a timely fashion just as they had promised!

Excellent Diabetologist center with dedicated team, devotes individual care to all patients. Dr. Praveen is doing an amazing treatment by detecting /screening /taking time to hear patients problems and cure long aling /chronic diabetics patients. Results.. Rest assured.
I have been with Dr. Mohan Diabetics clinic by visiting Chennai, Gopalapuram main Branch,since 2016.Now luckily, we have a branch Dr. Mohan Diabetics center in Malleswaram, Bangalore .

Dr Ramesh is brilliant! No doubt but guess he is in the wrong place . The basics are not in place . The reception are not basic computer literate . They dont understand guest history for that matter guess they are not sure of language Englush .Takes time to respond in an emergency due to poor intellect

I got my baby delivered here on 1st of June'18.
1) I paid for 3 Days 2 Night package but I was discharged in 2 days only (No amount was subtracted from the final bill)
2) Discharge summary was not discussed during discharge, because of which we didn't know what to give the baby and the mother until we read the sheet.
3) Blood test, Jaundice and other tests were included in the package but we were asked to pay exta when we came of the test.
This is a new hospital. There are many other options nearby which are more professional while sharing the information.
I've stopped going to this cloud 9 for any more followups.

I had worst experience here. Today morning I wanted to give blood sample but there is only 1 technician who doesn't know how to collect the blood sample. Almost pierced 5 to 6 times and said she is not able to collect blood. She wasted almost 1 hour time and later we went to Apollo clinic, Bellandur where they just took the sample within a minute. That too morning shift, there's a lady who doesn't know what's there in the prescription and what tests to be made. Very worst experience.

They have a very good facility for all kinds of tests. They are pretty fast with their testing as well. They were really useful during covid by testing folks outside the facility.
They can improve in terms of doctors involvement. Doctors need to be more approachable. They can do better with crowd management by improving appointment facility.
