My mother suffered a brain stroke and needed immediate treatment. Even in this COVID time we got emergency treatment within time and was admitted in Neuro ICU. We were extremely happy with the service and the attention given by the nurses there.

I admitted my wife in Silicon city Hospital.Varthur morning 9 O'clock, but could not save her.Her age was 42.
I found lot of negligence of staffs and doctors as around 7 pm they Opened the oxygen musk, I told to staffs,they didn't care, So I hold the mask,the mask got damaged,I told to staffs,they did not care to replace it. Around 8 PM they asked me to shift another hospital where ventilation is available,before that they did'not inform me that ventilation bed is not available there.The house keeping staffs did not change the dress,i could not change it because curtains around the bed to cover it was not there.
I could not save her.

Newly built hospital but has a very experience staff.
The quality of the care process is good and the hospital staff are very friendly and supportive.

The biggest problem with this hospital is that the doctor and the staff shows zero empathy towards patients and are always trying to loot you of your money wherever they can. I got admitted after a road accident because it was the nearest hospital. After spending a few hours here, we decided to shift to Apollo hospital. Dr. Krishnamurthy got even more aggravated by this and has been zero help during the post hospitalization stage. Horrible hospital. Hope it gets shut down. Doesn't deserve to exist.

Duty doctors are careless & not qualified to be in Medical field. My mom had to undergo an emergency surgery within 6 hours or she would die . The hospital put her in ICU for 15 hours & operated next day after repeated requests ; she died . Whatever qualifications (MD etc.) these doctors have , they just cannot deal with emergency , then they are unfit to be doctors.
Don't keep your feet into hospital if there is an emergency . Dr Harish (MD) & his doctors knew it was medical emergency that required immediate surgery , even then they let her in ICU for 15 hours & then the drama of surgery & finally it's all over ..

Worst hospital service which I ever seen , money minded freaky people's never gives you good treatment
No time sense and no caring about patients .never know the value of time...they make patients wait for long time for any reports and make more bills for example they charged 200 rs for putting drips bottle to patient and 200rs for sugar test and simply write prescription repeatedly for the same patient.

Very very bad service given by the team of rajalakshmi hospital, I have admitted my relative thinking that the service will be good but it was very worst, even though we paid 850 rs has bed charges the team has not even care to look at has. We have requested the nurse look at us but they don't care they were busy with their discussion.
