Terrible experience. I booked an appointment for 4 people, reached the spa on time. At first we were told that one of us needed to wait for about 20 minutes but then they took all the payment in advance. After waiting for 50+ min a therapist came....since I was getting late, I decided not to go for the therapy (I didn’t want 3 of my friends to wait for an hour). Guess what, the only option I was given was to come back for a massage the same week as they couldn’t refund my money/voucher.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Spa. What was supposed to be a rejuvenating experience turned out to be a stressful one. I feel cheated.

I was lucky enough to visit this place, when suffering from extreme back and neck pain. I was on pain medication from another doctor, but the pain was reappearing every time the medication faded off, for around a week. I consulted Dr. Mohit Gaur and Dr. Ashaf Ali here. They immediately took me off medication and started giving me physiotherapy treatment. My pain almost disappeared after two to three sessions. They recommended some exercises which took care of my problem for good. The consultation, therapy and exercise fee were reasonable as well.
