My mother suffered a brain stroke and needed immediate treatment. Even in this COVID time we got emergency treatment within time and was admitted in Neuro ICU. We were extremely happy with the service and the attention given by the nurses there.

Worst hospital service which I ever seen , money minded freaky people's never gives you good treatment
No time sense and no caring about patients .never know the value of time...they make patients wait for long time for any reports and make more bills for example they charged 200 rs for putting drips bottle to patient and 200rs for sugar test and simply write prescription repeatedly for the same patient.

Day light robbery
I got my father's gallbladder operation done here and observed the following
1) estimations given by doctors and administrators was 70k but I was shocked at final bill of 2.1 lacs just for 2 days of hospital admission. If you say about insurance that's it you are done.
2) 1 start is because of doctor and nursing staff. They are good and caring.
3) you can find worst of worst people in billing and insurance desk. Doctors discharged at 9AM final clearence I got at 10PM.

Horrible experience, took almost a whole day for an ordinary blood test. Had to call them up multiple times to get the report. And this place is overpriced than any of the other labs in indiranagar. Tried to pay by cash, they did not have change. Tried to pay by card and the front desk staff did not know to use the cash machine properly.
