I bought a property from Saritha Developers in Munnekolal, Marathahalli.
I found the property very good as per the location, price and construction quality.
I have not started living yet but started my interiors.
The staff is also very responsive and quick to take actions while doing agreements, some modifications in the apartment while purchasing.
I recommend this if you are planning to purchase your home.

Worst builder worldwide..I booked a 3 BHK flat and after 4 years only basement was done. I withdrew my money. Basically funded interest free loan to Adarsh. Marketing Dept is the worst as they keep giving useless completion dates. Would. Not recommend if this is the house you want to live in. Adarsh collects money from us and funds land banks for future use.
