Terrible experience. I booked an appointment for 4 people, reached the spa on time. At first we were told that one of us needed to wait for about 20 minutes but then they took all the payment in advance. After waiting for 50+ min a therapist came....since I was getting late, I decided not to go for the therapy (I didn’t want 3 of my friends to wait for an hour). Guess what, the only option I was given was to come back for a massage the same week as they couldn’t refund my money/voucher.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Spa. What was supposed to be a rejuvenating experience turned out to be a stressful one. I feel cheated.

I asked her why it is so then she OPENLY DEMANDED money for good therapy and on denial did NOT provided any good therapy at all...as this happens inside , I wanted to make sure that this should be brought openly to notice to everyone and necessary action will be taken care

Bodycraft is not what it used to be. I paid Rs. 1440 for haircut with Junior stylist. Very basic service, interiors are old, place not so clean as it used to be. All in all not a great experience.
