Very inexperienced staff, doing procedures without any interest in work.
Although the price policy is relevant to the medium along the city, the quality does not co-relate to it.
Worst I've experienced: manicure ( it is not JUST cutting nails, it is all about the care of cuticle firstly..well, my cuticle was bleeding and got shabby after this service); facials - did not feel any difference before/after, girl was doing it without any involvement, efforts. I felt like she does favour to me.
Overall, too bad to come back.

Very bad n ridiculous customer service ever they don't attend customers properly at all if it's 8pm they will make sure that they wanna close irrespective customer comes or goes I have been going there for an eyebrow thread from the past 2 days & they are not attending or providing me any services rather than asking Me to leave. Please don't go there if you dnt wanna be treated badly

Unprofessional and underknowledged staff,the products used for facial were not good,when I told the lady that I am having irritation for the cream she continued using the same saying 'madam ne Diya hai'...she had no idea what cream she was using on my face...the facial session ended less than 30 minutes,when told the same in the cash counter they were more interested in my payment than any complaints....bad experience...wouldn't go again.

All the specialities are really good. Dr Pradeep is very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. His treatment worked absolutely fine for me. The Diagnostic centre also has a Pathology doctor and gave accurate and timely report. Highly recommended.

The doctors I visited till date, I can definitely count on Ms. Vinita. Reasons:
1. If a particular treatment costs high but won't fetch good result, she won't ever recommend. A rare attribute, as it's hard to find a doctor who ever thinks for client's good.
2. Without being quick judgemental about any problem she follows very systematic approach.
a) Any treatment first starts with only the relevant tests suggested by her to get into the root of the problem.
b) Next she suggests the best and cost effective treatment to the client.
3. Professional ethics are very high. Most importantly, these work ethics got propagated to the support staff as well.
