Extreme poor handling especially by Dr Praveen Agrawal.
We got an operation done at Shalby Ahmedabad but the Indore team is extremely bad in follow up.
Some medications are not suiting, instead of looking into the case sincerely Dr. Praveen Agrawal replied "To mein kya karun"
These kind of Doctors bring down name of respected Doctors like Vikram Shah. When I googled I saw multiple complaints against Dr Praveen Agrawal but still no action is taken by management. Very poor and no empathy for patients suffering through pain.
Making us toss like football between different departments and throwing anger instead of sincere effort. These will be dragged to consumer court
