A not so helpful Doctor. He has been there in Visakhapatnam from the time when vizag had no other psychiatrists so people had to adjust with his treatment. Now there are other options available online. Just hit mental health care and you're good to go. It's just a clinic with no stay available and the Doctor is not always available.

Irresponsible hospital they didn't even give primary first aid for the person who was burnt...they just watched the drama... Any hospital should first give a primary first aid... And they helped a culprit.
