Very bad service ..the technician tried fixing my washing machine...he installed a spare from old machine ...charged hefty amount for it...the machine ran only once..again same problem has come...i tried contacting these... people..now they are telling 'we will see' we will see'....i think my money is wasted...beware....before...taking Any move.

Worst place to buy electronic goods. Staffs do not know how to talk with customers. There are many other electronic showrooms in Ranchi where the staffs are very well behaved.

Looks like the seller is Fraud. I made an online order, they accepted payment, even took my calls first few times promising delivery(Irfan if remember the name correctly). However after that No response, no phone pick-up and most importantly waiting for product even after weeks. Stay away from them. Un-necessarily I am into the mess of disputing transaction etc to get my money back. A Pain uncalled for.
