Nice to stay here ... good and pretty clean I would say... not yet fully completed but ya you can stay.
Few things you will not get over here are

Brush paste etc
No breakfast ? .... and more
Best part is it’s very near to Rani and Jagarnath hospital ? only 100 meters ☺️
