Dr Aher even during the lockdown responded very promptly to all my queries. I was worried about the treatment of a stray dog because the rescue centers we’re unable to help at the moment. Dr Aher prescribed medication and kept in constant contact with me for updates about the dog.

He knows how to take care of your loved ones. Best part is, you give him the schedule of your dog and he takes care of it with regular updates.

Its Amazing, for me More than Discounts Service matters a Lot.In the Monsoon season its literally very hard to go But The Pawfactor understands the customers so well.Recently I had ordered cat food and its rainning heavly all day but still prathamesh came all wet to drop the cat food as I my cat is end with the Food.Its a PRIORITY which they understand....Amazing Thanku Tushar and Prathamesh.

Awesome place to keep your pet while traveling . Really happy with there service . They take proper care of your pet with proper food and etc. I kept my cat for 9dyz with them I was very worried as 1st time I kept my cat away from me but today when I saw my cat I was shocked he has put on his weight too and his looking more cute. This shows how professional they are and how good they take care of your pet . Staff is very polite and caring . And main thing they are very adjustable. Owner is best she response very nicely . Thank you guys for taking care of my Tainzo ??

It was a wonderful experience.
I had to keep my cat for a week as I was out of town and they took really good care of him.
I could enjoy my vacation as I knew my pillu is in good hands.
They sent us videos and photos during the stay.
Definitely a great place to keep your cat without any worries.
