Sunil provides great service. Checked & updated my number/sight. I bought a frame from vogue but it broke in a month's time - the worst part being I'd moved to Hyderabad by that time. Sunil still went over & above and sent me a replacement frame via courier, albeit a month and half later - at no additional expense for me thankfully. The lens he got for me is great! It has anti-glare as well as the blue filter. Is also the unbreakable kind because I prefer rimless spectacles usually. If you reside in Pune, I'm sure you'd have no issues because Sunil will have your back.

PATHETIC PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I went in there to select a frame, eventually I selected 4 frames, the photo of which I wanted to send to me mother for her suggestion on the same. THESE PEOPLE HAD A STRAIGHT "NO" for an answer, let me be clear, they prohibited me from sending a photograph of 4 SIMPLE FRAMES to my MOTHER for her suggestion. I RECOMMEND YOU ALL TO CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTIC VENDOR, FOR THIS ONE NEEDS TO RECONSIDER THEIR OPTIONS IN MARKETTING.
