Worst service 3rd class staff .I booked a package from this company of Manali , they charged around rs. 13,000 per person for the package . We were told that we will get 3star hotel but when we reached there they informed that due to unavailability they will arrange other but at last they gave a normal cottage , services were poor , the owner of this company said they will give some refund but not yet got , 3 Rd class staff don't knw to deal with client .

Worst experience... i came to this hostel at starting they provide good food but then food quality become worst...staff behaviour is also not good. They don't care for you if you become ill.I will never come to this place again.
