cold drinks or mocktails are not available here . Only cold coffee and it's varient. Adding cold drinks and mocktails would certainly improve the menu options in drinks category.

I've ordered at 10:49am from pizzahut.com and manager told me to contact helpline as we don't have your order at 11:48am. And said he couldn't do anything. Go for Domino's, its way better in service.
Irony is they think they own company while they only have one outlet.
