There are many fitness center in town but what makes FIT AND LIFT different is, the attention towards their client for transformation is great, and it also provide porper nutrition plan for individual, as the trainers are certified nutritionist also.. so overall its a complet package if you are planning to join the gym.. Best gym so far Its my third day in this gym and to be honest they are following safety standards very well. After every machine you use in the gym there's a person alloted who sanitizes that machine or that area used by you after you're done with your exercise. And there are trainers available as well both male n females who will guide you and if you're a beginer they will guide you step by step till the time you become pro to use machines or doing exercise by yourself.
