My son ordered a cutlery set on 17march through amazon India .the set was paid in advance .it reached me on 19 march through courier .The courier boy charged me money inspire of telling him that the package is already paid for .I have paid twice for the same item .The matter was reported to Amazon the inquiry has been conducted by amazon as well as the seller but the money has not been refunded ad yet .

Absolutely incompetent of delivering the order on time. Very incompetent team of noobs. Knowing nothing but answering calls with a "WE'RE BUSY AT THE MOMENT" Don't care about the product but if you want anything to be delivered to you my advice is avoid using this website.
