I bought seconds 1 ton split ac 5 years ago from Mukadam enterprises. Since then only amount spent is on its servicing. They have given me 100% copper coil ac. It still gives perfect cooling. I also bought automatic washing machine. It is also running fine after long years of use. Thank you Mukadam Enterprise.

The technician Prabhakar was very courteous and gave a genuine assessment of the problem and suggested a much cheaper quick fix. I had earlier consulted from Satyam Electronics who charged 250 as service charges only to tell me that he will need to take the washing machine to his shop and estimated cost is 2200.
BTW, Prabhakar charged 600 for the same. I would recommend these guys over Satyam Electronics any day!

These technicians were sent to my home by Urban company to check water leakage issue from my Split inverter AC. After they service, My AC stopped cooling and now completely damaged. They are now not ready to even check the issue. Extremely pathetic service. If you want to save your AC, dont book these people service. They will damage your AC. Avoid at all cost.

Good service from Hi- Tech Air Cool Service in Bhandup. They are professional at work. They are installed all AC properly without any issue. The only issues are they took 1-2 hours to do the work. I felt they suppose to do this work early. Because they are professionals, but no problem their services work perfect that's why i will give them 5 star.

God knows how many reviews are true and not family or friends..These people are basically fraudsters. I had my washine machine to be repaired which they took a good amount and it worked for 15 days. Then again it stopped working. They took a part after continuously bothering for 15 days and said will try to repair. They sat with it for 3 days and nothing done. Thankfully the service centre engineer arrived and made it start immediately. He also confirmed that there was no issue in the part he took for repair. Pathetic people and very bad service. We trusted them as engineers but they actually are middlemen for a business to run. DO NOT PURSUE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE.

Worst experience...my AC was leaking and the dude arrived charged me money for repairing it and it started to leak the very same day..I complained to one Salim and he came thrice and Everytime he left the AC would start leaking the same night...when I raised a complain he said that he did not charge me any money for the three visit... So basically he charged me money for visiting my house without addressing the complain...do not fall prey to these kind of fraudster s...they charge you the same amount 350rs as the company guys would ...please get it done from authorized service personnel all the 5 star ratings are fake put by their own service guys.
