Horrible customer service, malabar clinic in particular. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and was made to wait for an hour and a half before being asked to leave since there was no time slot available and the doctor was unavailable. All of this happened despite the fact that I had made a prior appointment and confirmed it the day before. Operational management is atrocious. This being done to someone who came especially from Pune for a consultation. No consideration at all. People responsible - Dr. Afreen ( concerned doctor ), Disha Chatha ( Senior manager ), Sheetal Shetty ( Junior operations manager ) and Davina D’Souza.
