The client himself (Mr. Harish) is quite confused, In e-mail he enquired for Metroark PA-51, here you mentions PA 52. We tried to convey multiple times to the buyer that the product won`t give intended result expected by the client particular product Metroark PA 51 is incorporated to control Floating, Flooding and Sillking of Pigments in Coatings. intended result expected by buyer is something else. The client was persistent on using the same product. What was asked by buyer has been delivered.
