Hi,
I am a first time user of yatra junctions and would like to highlight the horrible experience. I am planning a visit to from 29th jan to 2nd of feb 2021 and had contacted yatra for hotel booking. I was sold a sub standard hotel and the cheapest room in that hotel a hut cottage reserved for backpackers as the premium room. The cottages are not even in the hotel premises and are 300 mtrs off and to think of it. Yatra junction is not canceling the booking now saying that this is a non refundable booking and that I was informed the same and that the entire hotel booking amount will be forfeited.

Wonderful place. It's newly constructed and service is exceptionally good. A very affordable venue for people in and near Lucknow. Location is also very convenient. I would recommend it to the people residing near Mohanlal Ganj & nearby areas. The owner Mr. Singh is a very nice person. He personally makes sure of everything to be in perfect condition .

One of the worst experience I have ever had with any travel companies. The drivers are not in coordination of the owners, the drivers are rude and they are worthless, they can't operate GPS, the vehicles never approach on time and the prices are higher than others.
The drivers would ask money for diesel even after you have made payments in full, when you deny for the money they say that they will not drive anymore. A worthless travel agent. Please stay away from them.

Fabulous service, they have provided for my 6 days trip to NORTHEAST -Guwahati - Shillong - Cherrapunji. The driver & car they provided me was way more than expected. Very nice service and if you guys want to book a trip from them, go ahead and don't give a second thought to that.

Decent hotel to spend a night. Basic pricing and amenities. Rooms are small. Breakfast and food is not very that good. The hotel is good if you just have to sleep for the night. Also, You will start getting calls from early morning for check-out.

I booked a cab from comfort my travel in Lucknow, they are very good in car rental services. I found they were punctual in providing the vehicles in excellent condition. Drivers were well behaved and courteous.
