Dimpy pets has stock of all medicines, toys, food and other pet products one will ever need. I trust Dimpy pets for all requirements for my golden retriever. My dog has some liver condition so he needs some imported medicine and special medicated food, it's very convenient for me that I get all of them from Dimpy pets, that also at a discounted price. They have very quick delivery service too . Would totally recommend.

Terrible service. The guy there is unhelpful and dismissive. My dog has a cut near his eye which he keeps scratching so I went here to buy an Elizabeth collar. He didn't have any. That is ok. Every shop can't have everything always. I understand that. I asked if there was another shop nearby and he very surlily told me to try at the Bypass store. I asked if he knew a shop in Lake Market and he said he'd heard something about it but couldn't help. I stepped out, looked at Google, and Puppy Paws was 600 metres away. That is where I will be going in future.

Very bad behaviour. In google it is showing open but someone answered its closed today.
Asked what medicines are available the lady on the phone said that when you will come to clinic in person then only she will tell what medicines she has for dogs.
Extreme poor behaviour.
We will not get our pet checked is okay but will never ever refer to this place nor will recommend it .

Dont buy from them. They are very very commercial minded. I had finalised one white pomerian with them. Also had finalised the price. But on reaching at the destination to bring my puppy they denied on spot and told me they had already sold the puppy, although i had a talk with them on the day of arriving too. Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional.

Not the right place to buy puppies. Bought a 45 days old Labrador from them, soon found it very sick. She couldn't even stand up after a few days. She's hospitalized as of now. We don't even know if she's gonna live through this.

Doesn't deserve a single star.Its not a clinic,its a shabby medicine shop for dogs where the staffs are too busy talking with themselves.first time seen a clinic with...NO DOCTORS!!
