I don't know about Doctor but living in digital world and not accepting digital payments at Mediplex is simple not done. Just accepting cash which is a black money because they are not even giving receipts for the same.

The staff is clearly not fit to be labelled as "healthcare practitioners" or even businesspersons. They have utter disregard for the patients well-being and only value their own egos over the services they are charging for.
After raising my complaint, they chose to take a defensive stance(even going as far as to claim they knew more than a veteran doctor). At the end of a heated discussion, the owner chose to hide back inside and return the money instead of actually answering problem which goes to point out the shortcomings of their business Acumen itself.
