The staff is really really careless. It seems as if they just don't care what the customer has to say. I think that the bank should focus on providing a better customer experience so that the bank staff knows WE ARE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT THEM. Overall it is good apart from this behaviour problem. The barcode passbook editing machine is quiet helpful. Rest the external atmosphere is good.
