Omg .. I am doctor myself ... I never seen such unprofessional staff working at a lab ... Tests are dependent on the availability of perticular staff on that day or not ... If that employee is not available they don't even apologies or reschedule ... Their attitude makes that it's patient's responsibility to get test done as per labs comfort... No one gives any thoughts about tests are sensitive or not or needs precautions before had ....
Guys you are part of medical profession... Is this how you seriously treat patients who needs guidance and help ... Sad ....
