i require an x ray of my father but the required technician was missing and machine was operated by an untrained man who didn't even checked the doctors prescription . only after the 1st x ray was done that the technician attended to the patient.

yaha ke doctor and billing staff (ie.mis. praveen) Dalal se mil kar khoob paise looti hai . mere mom ke operation me Rs25000 ka to koi bill he nahi diya aur kaha iska bill nahi milta hai.
hospital thora mangha hai par nurse + staff acche hai.

doctors in dental department are not good.meri ek dental problem ke unhone one hour me 4-5 alag alag karan bataye.or ek bhi sahi nahi tha.management should take notice of it.doctors are for public welfare,not for cheating money.many of staff are aware of it.management ko bhi dhyan dena chhahiye.

Food / mess deptt. is very bad. Food given to patients is totally opposite to what is prescribed by their doctors. There is no coordination between the mess staff and doctors.

My experience was worst. My mother had taken appointment for consultation with Dr. Zulfikar (orthopedist). She waited for more than 1 hour but Dr. Zulfikar didn't came to consult my mother. Later on receptionist said that Dr. Zulfikar will not come today. It is my request to hospital administration to look after the issue and maje hospitalities better and appointment should be on time.
