Please be aware, this is a general hospital and not a specialist heart center as the name may suggest.
Patients are kept in CCU, till such time the attendants do not ask for billing details, or to meet a cardiologist who has been treating the Patients. Would you ask for these, be rest assured good or bad condition the patient may be in, will be either shifted out of the hospital.
The staff at the hospital say, the chairman Dr. Kukereja, is a cardiologist. While his qualification says MBBS MD.
Every time the Chairman walks past a bed, a fee of INR 500 is charged.
The most useless hospital ever seen.

The worst hospital staffs are so rude they cheat on patient at night no nurses are there to look after patients and check drip they ask patient to be awake and call when the drip is about to end.Charges are so high and its not worth at all.washrooms are so dirty there are mosquitoes in the room bed sheets are so dirty there are blood stains on the sheets.if u want to risk you can choose this filthy hospital.

The Hospital is decent and homely, with great staff. however, the do something about the bill, the do not give you any split up, it's like some contract. Like you fix the bill with auto-waala type of thing! The billing is totally not transparent and not trust worthy.

My mother was admitted here. No proper care. Doctor with negative attitude. My mother was almost pushed to edge to die. We got her shifted to Yashoda. What was almost hopeless case for Shriram, was recovered in two days. Will advise everyone not to go to this hospital.

Hi, My personal experience during my mother's heart treatment it's ok for doctors but other side most of the staff unprofessional, no proper seating for visitors, lot of conjunction area wise, interior and equipments are not as per the current medical requirements also cghs charges is too high in terms of facilities if I campare under cghs of BLK Hospital, Fortis, Apologies, Max and lot of other Hospitals.
Need focus to improve professional staff and infrastructure.
