So, I had already got my hair curled an hour back from some other place and it had all opened. I walked into this place for shampoo and blows dry as I needed a quick fix of the mess. They convinced me their curls would stay and I landed up getting curls again. It didn’t last for 30 mins. And again I was in a mess. Wish I could post the pictures.

Rushed and sloppy. I was made to wait a half hour despite having an appointment and wasn't offered an apology or explanation. The whole haircut was over in ten minutes, which is about the quickest ever for me. My hairdresser didn't use thinning shears when I asked him to thin out my hair, again a first. When I told him I was not happy with the cut, he just stared blankly back at me. And he forgot about trimming sideburns completely, or at least asking about then. I don't know. This pisses me off.

Rates are pretty steep, especially for waxing. But, given the quality of their services and the area they are operating out of; it's good. I would recommend Schwarzkopf hair spa and facial . That's their best offering.
