The worst experience one can have. In hair spa she didn't give me any massage no dryer as per them it's not what u do in hair spa. For waxing I have no idea why she was brutal and harsh on my skin. I just took service related hair smoothening from Avalon beauty salon two months back, they neither provided steam nor provided spa and the condition of my hair is really worst
They just damaged my hair... that time, it was looking good but after 1 month my hairs are really damaged and I didn’t even want to take other risk of going there and tell them to rectify their mistake....
I appreciate their customer service but don’t know about other things but going for smoothening at Avalon salon was my worst experience.
Hairs are the most important part of us and I will suggest everyone to not take risk going there and doing their smoothening...
