本日も天気が良く、レストラン開拓。
イタリア大使館に入っているレストランと同系列のDIVAを訪問。
グレーター カイラッシュに本格的イタリアンのDIVAと同系列である。そこは、文句無しに、本格イタリアンが食べれるが、ここは、如何に！
場所は、Good Earth というインドのコジャレたブランド店の2階に有る。
店内は、インドにしては、モダンな感じで、ベランダには、草花があり、なかなか良い雰囲気。
今日は、アペタイザーは、飛ばして、メインのローストチキンと赤のグラスワインをオーダー。
ローストチキンは、むね肉とモモ肉、それに、マッシュルームソースがかかっていて、マッシュルームの香りとほどよい塩味と鶏肉の肉汁がマッチして美味しい！ただ、むね肉の方は、若干パサパサ感が否めない。
最後は、締めのエスプレッソ。やっぱり、酸味が強く、ちょっと残念だ。
あじ、雰囲気、ロケーション考えると、買い物がてらにランチするには、大変良く評点としては、4点と言ったところか。誰かを連れて来ても良い店だ！ ...
