Very poor services frame is good but never buy lenses from Titan. They were calling me after every feedback and blaming me for trouble I have been using spectacles for last 20 years and they were telling me to handle carefully.

Products from Lenskart are just awesome ? & perfect example of fantastic customer services, quick resolution even on app, call, whatsapp or at store ?
I really liked the product which I have purchased from there which is also in budget, best time to get the earwear from Lenskart when there is an offer, I mean yes who don’t like discount on his or her favourite product, packaging is also good.
It says you will get the glasses within 1 week but I received it after 2 days only just because of weekend.

Very disgusting shopping experience. I will never ever recommend anyone to shop over here. As they're providing substandard frames and glasses at exorbitant prices that too under cover of eliye experience.
I've paid more than thousand rupees for a frame and glasses they gave me the cheapest and most fragile frame which has no steel or aluminium rod in it and broken in two parts.
The branded glasses got so many scratches and colordec spots.
I've been wearing spectacles since 11 years and have better experience in Shops in Delhi, Pune and even Hoshangabad and Itarsi.
But Vijay Opticals is the most unreliable shop in the Madhya Pradesh.
