Same problem remained even after they 'repaired' taking my microwave oven to their workshop. I had to call 15 times in 4 days for them to send technician. They didn't pickup some calls. Whenever they responded they kept on promising technician will visit. They again took it to their workshop for 'repair'. After they delivered the problem was still there!!! I lost the money I paid them after first time repair. They will not return the amount although they couldn't solve the problem. Please do not give anything to them for repair. 90% chance you will repent.
