The experience with the hospital administration was very unpleasant. If they get a whiff that you have insurance coverage, be assured that they will extract maximum possible. They will tell you “why are you bothered when the insurance is paying!!”
For the soaring bill, the hospital does not even provide food to the patient, the duty doctors are unimpressive, the care taking staff can sometimes be laid back and the canteen is unclean. The patient himself had to come down to do the talking after seeing the bill, they were unabashed about the patient discomfort.
The saving grace was our family doctor who performed the surgery which was smooth and the patient has recovered well.

Pathetic and worst. I have given the sample through home collection. Been more than 6 weeks. I am still struggling to get report from them. I have probably called 25 different numbers belonging to Aarti Scans, but couldn't get a report till now ??

I had an amazing experience. when i went for the health check-up . From receptionist to medical technicians every single person was very courteous, helpful and friendly. The professionalism is outstanding and the cleanliness and hygiene maintained in high quality. I would never think of going anywhere else for medical test in the future.
