They have a very good facility for all kinds of tests. They are pretty fast with their testing as well. They were really useful during covid by testing folks outside the facility.
They can improve in terms of doctors involvement. Doctors need to be more approachable. They can do better with crowd management by improving appointment facility.

Worst experience. I seriously don't know how such people will get license. Will never opt for this diagnostics centre in future. Management is really bad. No proper response, I didn't receive my reports on time, which I received was all wrong. Later I had to get it done in another reputed diagnostics centre. I heard it's owned and managed by Dr Rudrambika, who ever she is, you don't have rights to play with people life by experimenting in healthcare industry. Guys please never opt for this diagnostic centre.

Called for house visit. Very punctual, well behaved and experienced Technician. Staff response very good and report was available at committed time. Reports were sent thru Whatsapp n mail. All Payment options available so no hassle for that. I highly recommend and continue utilise the services for my parents, family n friends all are satisfied. Doctor also appreciated the quality of the reports.
