We purchased a cot around 15-days back. But at the time of delivery, another part was delivered and we didnt get the ordered item and we were it will be replaced within next 3-4 days, but no response from them. Its been 15-20 days and its just lying un-used and they still tell that it will delivered within 2-3 days and this is same reason everytime I reach out fo update. 100% quality and service is just for publicity & when it comes to implementation, its worst quality service provided by UL. I suggest to choose something else rather than UL as its waste service provided by them.
