Hello, no lunch break fix timing period cellphone allowance prohibited even in lunch it is job or jail (collecting cellphone from 9:30 to 7:30) if u have some manageability then fix lunch break time and allow phone in lunch break this is job not a jail.In work not a phone is acceptable but in lunch break also not allowing means this is not job change managing rules. Suggested
